We provide affordable transitional housing with shared and private living spaces. We strive to meet the needs of our community and our clients who are facing homelessness. Since we opened our first home, we have provided a wide variety of special needs populations with affordable and specialized housing.
We are committed to providing safe, affordable all-inclusive living environments. Demographics served included but were not limited to: Youth aging out of foster care, Independent Seniors, Sober Living homes, Veteran homes, and transitional homes.

WHAT IS SHARED LIVING?
Shared living is a living space shared with people for rent in which you can share rooms and facilities with other residents. We offer private and semi-private rooms.

Our mission is to empower individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness to attain stable housing and rebuild their lives by offering a safe supportive environment.

What solutions We have
We have multiple solutions for all age peoples! Share a clean furnished living room, dining room, and equipped kitchen with appliances. Our homes have private and semi-private rooms available.
Shared homes for Youth Aging Out of Foster Care
We provide housing for youth aging out of foster care. Many of our youth in foster care are aging out of their current foster homes which can sometimes lead to homelessness for so many. We offer a safe comfortable environment for independent living. They will be able to use the life skills they've learned in foster care, while not living alone. We understand it will take time to transition into adulthood and our shared transitional homes can help our youth become self-sufficient and independent. Any additional services needed will be outsourced to a third party.
Shared homes for Veterans
We have homes that are specifically set up for veterans. We ensure that they are provided with quality and safe housing upon return home. We provide shared home and transitional living residential care homes for veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area.
Shared homes for Independent Seniors
We also provide housing for the elderly and seniors without disabilities. Many seniors these days are on a fixed income and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a shared home living environment. That is where we can assist. We have properties that are specifically designed and managed for elders and seniors on fixed incomes.

Shared homes for homeless people
Our homeless homes are for the people currently working with a case manager or social worker. We offer a safe comfortable environment for individuals facing homelessness or transitioning back into the community. Are you facing homelessness or needing to transition back into the community?
Shared homes for Sober in Recovery
Our organization provides and operates sober homes for those who have an addiction to alcohol and drug related problems. We have properties that are specifically designed and managed for those with dependency related issues such as alcohol and drugs. These homes maintain a drug and alcohol free environment. Shared homes for Ex-Offender/Re-Entry
We understand that many people who have been incarcerated have a difficult time locating housing after leaving jail or prison. We work with these individuals on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we can provide ex-offender housing for non-violent ex-offenders. Many of the people we can provide housing for include: Halfway Homes Parolee Housing White collar criminal record housing

Easy & Electronic Application
Once the client referral form is received and reviewed, we offer an efficient and hassle-free application process, all documents are submitted electronically.
Home Tour
Once the application & required documents have been reviewed, an in-person tour and consultation will be scheduled.
Final Interview & Approval Process
Rental agreement will be offered once the entire client application process is completed. Approvals are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the property manager.
